The new office mode
Short onboarding
Save time by clarifying main purposes of the new office mode & with a 4-step onboarding.
Give the user control by allowing group customization & multiple admins to control the process.
Main screen
Display the user minimal necessary details about his groups with a stand-out call-to-action button to encourage him to start a joint order.
Initiate daily vote
The suggested recommendations have pictures to stand out in the screen hierarchy to ease & save decision time.All users are involved in the process & have the option to control & shorten the process if needed.
Daily vote
To help focusing the process, it is possible to vote only for options that groups members suggested.
The vote has notifications & a time limit to make sure the process would be fast & interfere working as little as possible.
Payment calculation
Reducing effort by informing each user about his own personal share on payments as part of the group order.
Unifying orders
To reduce delivery fee costs, the app will notify if another group from the same workplace is ordering from the same place.
It’s also eco-friendly & saves work for Wolt’s couriers.
Restaurant has been closed
Sometimes it happens naturally while ordering.
To prevent this from delaying or interfere the process & to ease mental effort, user will be notified & get other recommendations.
Final confirmation
Users are free to work & only have to worry about adding their own dishes to order.
The color green & icons are used to verify to the users which group members added their dishes.

To help users find a restaurant that fits their specific wants, they can search a dish & compare results from multiple restaurants.
Options are displayed in cards to help visualize the differences & similarities.
The price is high in hierarchy since it’s important aspect of the user decision.
Favorite restaurants & dishes
Users can easily find places to order from, by using the new option of saving restaurant & specific dishes. 
To ease the user’s orientation, saved items can be reached from the main app screen.
